to order cupcakes for in-store pick up or Portland area delivery, please call jennifer, haley or jessica at 503-916-9835 or 503-997-3674 Tuesday - Friday from 9am - 4pm and Saturday 9am - 3pm.

special order pricing:
cupcakes:
dot-sized: $1.25 each
regular-sized: $2.50 each

special decoration surcharge information:
specific icing color request: .50 cents each cupcake (we require a minimum order of 6 cupcakes with a specific icing color - for orders under 6, the surcharge will be .75 cents each.)
specific sprinkle color request: .25 cents each cupcake
words/writing: $1.00 each cupcake
drawing on a cupcake: starting at $1.50

flavor availability:
please see our menu page for information on what flavors of cupcakes are available each day - if you’re picking up your special order on a saturday, then you’ll want to order from the saturday menu.
for orders of 48 or less cupcakes, please order a minimum of 6 cupcakes per flavor.
for orders of 48 or more cupcakes, please order a minimum of 12 cupcakes per flavor.

vegan cupcakes:
please see our menu page for information on what flavors of vegan cupcakes are available each day. we highly suggest that you place a special order for any orders over 6.

when to order:
first, if you are ordering an assortment of 24 or less cupcakes without special decoration, you don’t need to place an order - just come on by the bakery!
please give us AT LEAST 72 hours notice for over 24 cupcakes or for cupcakes with special decoration.
if you’d like to order over 100 cupcakes, it would be awesome if you could call one week in advance.
if you need an order for monday, you are out of luck. we are closed mondays. (although many crafty customers pick cupcakes up on sunday then experience cupcake bliss on monday. smarty pants!)

please note: 50% of the cost of your order is non-refundable if you cancel your order within 48 hours of your scheduled pick-up or delivery time.

whole cake orders:
whole cakes come in the same flavors as our cupcakes—complete with sprinkles!
if you’d like to place an order for a whole cake, PLEASE CALL a week in advance so we can get your cake on our ‘to-do’ list.

2-layer, 9” cake - $40.00
4-layer, 9” cake - $55.00

these prices include a “happy birthday” decoration (or some other simple message) at no additional charge. fancy decorations and cute drawings will range from $5 to $15 additional charge.

saint cupcake delivers!
if you give us about 72 hours notice and have a $25 minimum order we will deliver your cupcakes! delivery charges start at $10 and are based on mileage - call for details!

deliveries are available tuesday through friday. no weekend deliveries, sorry.

saint cupcake singing telegrams!
no, seriously. you read that right. due to the overwhelming response we’ve gotten from our valentine’s day special, our singing telegram service will now be offered throughout the year. don’t just send someone cupcakes. send them a song. a song of love, that is.

*** custom song choices: For $135, Henry & Chris will perform ANY song you’d like, within reason (probably should be in english, and perhaps tactful. if our boys are singing in public, it should be clean. ish.)

BOOKING GUIDELINES:
give us one week’s notice and our boys will sing their hearts out to whomever you choose. CUSTOM SONG CHOICES REQUIRE at least 1 week notice.
