cupcake menu {other sweet treats}

we serve different cupcakes on different days of the week.
this list also applies to special orders - if you’re placing an order for a tuesday, you’ll get the cupcakes available on tuesday!
we have two sizes of cupcakes: dots (2-3 bites) and regular. our dots cupcakes are $1.25 each, and our regular cupcakes are $2.50 each.

vanilla-toffee with chocolate buttercream buttery vanilla cupcake baked with toffee chips right in, iced with our fluffy chocolately buttercream and sprinkled with crispy toffee bits. it’s for when you’re feeling sophisticated.
vanilla with vanilla buttercream buttery vanilla cupcake topped with our election-winning simple vanilla buttercream - sugar, butter, vanilla and milk...just like mom used to whip up.
vanilla with cream cheese icing buttery vanilla cupcake with our classic vanilla cream cheese iced on top. so good, we have it everyday.
vanilla with chocolate buttercream buttery vanilla cupcake topped with fluffy chocolatey buttercream. yum!
toasted coconut cream buttery vanilla cupcake with toffee chips baked right in, then topped our classic vanilla cream cheese icing and hand toasted coconut flakes. a written description will not do this cake justice. if you are one of those people who “does not like coconut”, then great. more for us!
the malt ball we’ve got balls! the malt ball, that is! rich and fudgy chocolate cupcake with malted milk balls baked right in. topped with malted chocolate buttercream and more malted milk balls. malty!
red velvet a classic buttermilk cake with a hint of cocoa and screaming red. topped with a dollup of our classic vanilla cream cheese icing. she’s sassy AND frassy. like a true sassafrass should be.
pumpkin spice pumpkin spice cake with a magic combination of nutmeg, cinnamon and more magic and then topped off with our classic vanilla cream cheese icing- what could be better? another pumpkin spice, that’s what.
pistachio buttercream on vanilla buttery vanilla cake topped with our unique pistachio buttercream. we use traditional pistachio gelato base to make this icing. it’s delicious and beautiful.
lemon berry summer season only! luscious lemon cake topped with a sweet mixed berry glaze. it’s for when you feel fruity.
hot fudge on vanilla buttery vanilla cupcake topped with our gooey-drippy homemade hot fudge.
hot fudge on chocolate rich and fudgy chocolate cupcake dipped in gooey homemade hot fudge. you won’t care that it sticks to your teeth.
fat elvis sweet banana chocolate chip cupcake smeared with peanut butter fudge on top. we even stick in a banana chip, mamababy.

big top buttery vanilla cupcake baked with chocolate chips on top - like a cookie AND a cupcake! our classic vanilla cream cheese icing is tinted each day to match the mood of the baker baking big tops. you’re a wild card, big top!
banana chocolate chip poundcake sweet banana chocolate chip cake topped with our classic vanilla cream cheese icing. it’s great for breakfast! really!

we serve a few flavors of vegan cupcakes daily. vegan cupcakes are available at the bakery in full size only at $2.50 each. please note: we do not serve vegan dots at the bakery. they are available by special order only at $1.25 each.

vanilla and chocolate varieties we gots chocolate with chocolate, we gots vanilla with chocolate; you’ll find chocolate with vanilla and you will find vanilla with vanilla. if you can think of any more combinations of these four elements, let us know and we will put them together...and no, we don’t swirl them. these four varieties are really where it’s at if you have yourself a g-narly sweet tooth. they won’t just hit the spot, they’ll kick the s*it out of it.
red velvet dark red cake with a touch of cocoa and topped lovingly with vanilla buttercream.
cookies & “cream” these dairy-free treats are made with vegan chocolate sandwich cookies crushed in both the cake and schmered into the buttercream icing. don’t let the quotes scare you.
german chocolate a happy chocolate cake topped with the gooeyist coconut/walnut topping you could imagine.
carrot a moist carrot cake topped with our vegan vanilla buttercream. it rules.
