in what other city in the nation can you find a valentine’s day activity like this one:

you ride in a pedicab (that’s a cab powered by a person, natch.)
the pedicab takes you from local distillery to local distillery.
you drink. not too much, but enough to make things interesting.
you eat. OUR cupcakes and other special treats.

manpower + alcohol+ cupcakes = what’s not to love?

how in the world, seriously, is it already late January? honestly, where is the time going?
before we know it, it’ll be valentine’s day. i mean, according to the people at target, valentine’s day ‘season’ began as soon as they took the christmas trees out of the clearance aisle...so, yeah, according to target, we’re a little late in telling you what we’re up to where v-day is concerned.

that said, this valentine’s day, we think you’d be silly if you didn’t send a singing telegram to your snuggle bunny. our singing telegrammers will deliver cupcakes to your sweetheart - accompanied by a song! don’t believe me? check out this video! it proves everything i’m saying here is actually true!

in addition to singing telegrams, we’re also making fancy V-day cupcakes with tiny hearts on top. our icings will be pinkish & lovely AND our sprinkles will be love sick, too.

the love fest starts FEB 10th and goes through V-day on the 14th.

it’s proven that cupcakes make the heart grow fonder. test our theory, won’t you?

our little online shop has been busy! we’ve been sending boxes of cupcakes out to just about every state in the nation - it’s sooo exciting!

one thing i do want to remind you of is that we hand-write all of the notes enclosed with the cupcakes. and, wow! have we seen some goooood notes. holy cow, you people are not afraid to say anything, are you? keep them coming! they certainly liven up a day in the mail room…

fundraising auction season is upon us!

it’s that time of year again!
i’m sure someone you know is prepping for a fundraising auction...right?

we get so so many requests for donations throughout the year, and we certainly do love to donate our cupcakes to worthwhile organizations (over 1000 a month some months!) in addition, we LOVE to donate gift certificates as auction items. honest, we do!

auction season is an especially fun time because of all the fantastical names that the auction-folks think up...a few of our current faves are:

we JUST expanded our online shop, so the timing couldn’t be more perfect...our little mail room is so busy preparing packages of cupcakes to be shipped out nationwide. so. very. exciting!
