closed on mondays

it’s sunday night. the bakery is closed for the evening - and will be closed tomorrow. of course, that means no sweet goodies for our NW neighborhood friends, but lots more sleep for us.

there’s a new favorite at the bakery: the toasted coconut cream cupcake. oh! people also really seem to love our cinnamon rolls - which aren’t all goopy with icing. instead, they’re a southern-style buttermilk biscuit lined with sugar, butter and our special saigon cinnamon. we sell out of these cinnamon rolls everyday. they’ve even got their own fan club. our founding member is our front-of-house queen, stephanie sheldon. so far, we pay her only in cinnamon rolls. ah, sweet life!

opening day has come and gone - and the sweets are flying out of the bakery!

so far we’re pretty sure everyone loves our hot fudge cupcakes - but the vanilla cupcake with vanilla creamy frosting is a close second.

we’re tired of waiting on other people!
there’s been SO much waiting involved in the opening of saint cupcake, and it’s getting tiresome.
the decision was made today to officially open the bakery on November 29 - by then our waiting will be finished, and hopefully yours will be, too.
we’re getting many, many calls asking if we’re open - and right now, all we want is to be open. soon…soon…soon. sugary delights for all!

we’re closer than ever before! most of our equipment is in, the walls have been painted and we’re ready to start baking. right now it looks like we’ll be opening sometime after november 10. after a few setbacks and a lot of waiting, we’re VERY ready to open the doors. so, we promise - we’ll get open as soon as saintly possible!
