bake sale - monday, june 12

yes, we’re closed on mondays….but, if the stars line up and you happen to be at saint cupcake at the right time today (monday the 12th) - then, chances are you can get a box of cupcakes for FIVE BUCKS! 12 dots for FIVE BUCKS! 6 full size for FIVE BUCKS! we don’t have any specifics on what time the bake sale starts, but it’s a pretty safe bet to say we’ll be there sometime in the afternoon. 

 all cupcakes are PRE-PACKED, grab-bag style. so, bring cash. bring exact change - and you’ll get a cheap box of cupcakes!

don’t like sprinkles? don’t like all the icing we put on our ‘cakes?

if there’s something you don’t like about our cupcakes, we’d be happy to make adjustments - while you won’t find sprinkle-less cupcakes in our case, you certainly can place a special order and request NO SPRINKLES! you can also place a special order and request that we use 1/2 the usual amount of icing on your cupcakes. all we ask is that you place your order 48 hours in advance.

see, we’ve figured out that people really LOVE to make their cupcakes their own - and we LOVE that! so, we want to help you get what you want - and because most people don’t mind sprinkles or lots of icing, we sprinkle on sprinkles and load up on icing for our cupcakes in the case - but if you place an order, you can get whatever you’d like. all you have to do is call!

strawberry? pistachio? really?

we are getting set to introduce two new flavors at saint cupcake.

the first is a strawberry chiffon cupcake  - complete with a little nibble of fresh fruit. this cupcake was created for tara and rob - a supercute couple…with a wedding day fast approaching!

next is an almond butter cupcake with pistachio buttercream on top - we created the pistachio buttercream for mindy and erik, one of our wedding couples - check out photos of their cupcakes on our photos page.

the strawberry chiffon will be in regular rotation within a week - and will PROBABLY be served on Thursdays and Fridays.

we’re working on figuring out which days we’ll serve the pistachio - check back soon for details.

what? no free cupcakes?

it’s true. we don’t have a huge discount for bulk orders, and we don’t give you a free ‘cake when you order a dozen. why not?

mostly because of all of the donations that we do. each month, we donate somewhere around 500-700 cupcakes to various charities and events. this month we’re donating to a few local schools, a couple of arts organizations and more. in addition to actual cupcakes, we donate gift certificates, decorating parties and full-size cakes. every saturday and sunday nights we donate cupcakes to low-income housing groups in our neighborhood. we love to give stuff away.

hopefully you understand. and we’re crossing our fingers that you like the way we operate.
