belmont remodel…

omg.
remodeling is hard.
so many decisions to make. so many pieces of furniture to move. so many things to buy. so many things to put away.

all this said, our belmont shop will not be re-opening tomorrow as we had planned. you know how these things go, right? you do, right? just say you do, okay? it’ll make me feel a lot better.

anyways, we’re now shooting for the end of the week. but stay tuned and i’ll update soon with exactly when! personally, i’m crossing my fingers for thursday, april 8.

okay. how in the heck is easter THIS sunday? where is the time going?

i kind of know where MY time is going - into our belmont remodel. giving ourselves just over 2 weeks to completely overhaul 2 shops was, well, kinda crazy. but things are coming along beautifully and we think you’re really going to love what we’ve done with the place. at least we hope. and just wait until you see noun’s gorgeous golden paint. eeeee!

but this post isn’t about belmont. it’s about easter. and our crazy cute easter cupcakes.
this saturday & sunday cupcakes adorned with bunnies and robins will be available at our NW location (not at belmont because belmont is still being remodeled.)

come get your cute cupcakes. if you do, your easter baskets will be the best in town. we promise.

our belmont store is getting a facelift!

the store will be (temporarily) closed until tuesday, april 6.

now, if you’ll excuse me, i have to get back to answering questions for my contractor.

see you all brand new, shiny & gorgeous on april 6!

the time has come. our little belmont shop is getting her day in the sun! a facelift! a makeover! an overhaul!

perhaps you’ve been by the belmont shop lately and have seen our architect’s model for what’s to come - if so, lucky! and, isn’t it beautiful? and, could it be any cuter?

we’re plotting and planning right now - and we finally have some tentative dates to tell you about:
first, we’ll close (keep in mind, it’s temporary!) after the business day on Saturday, March 20. we will re-open all shiny and new and gorgeous on Tuesday, April 6.

and there’s more! when the belmont store reopens (on April 6,) we’ll have a new look, a new name (a new spin on saint cupcake,) AND we’ll be selling our own line of party supplies PLUS some other magical party items sure to make your cupcakes that much sweeter. and, to top things off, we’ll still be sharing our space with Noun - and Noun is also remodeling! how about that?

here’s a little sneak peek at the way things are headed (and a HUGE hint as to our new name!)
