saint cupcake opened in november of 2005 and is owned and operated by jami and matthew curl in beautiful portland, oregon.

lots has changed around here since we first opened our doors on that cold november morning, and we couldn’t be happier that our dream of making it in the baking world is coming true.

big happenings at belmont!

the time has come. our little belmont shop is getting her day in the sun! a facelift! a makeover! an overhaul!

perhaps you’ve been by the shop lately and have seen our architect’s model for what’s to come - if so, lucky! and, isn’t it beautiful? and, could it be any cuter?

we’re plotting and planning right now - but from the looks of things we should be done with the remodel in april. and then we’re going to have a super fantastic re-grand opening party! under same ownership!

and there’s more! when the belmont store reopens, we’ll have a bit of a different look, a spruced up name AND we’ll be selling our own line of party supplies PLUS some magical items sure to make your cupcakes that much sweeter. and, to top things off, we’ll still be sharing our space with Noun - and Noun is also remodeling! how about that?

eastside, it’s about damn time.
